Characteristics of dust collector in foundry:

1. When maintaining and repairing dust removal equipment and bag filters in the foundry workshop, the staff should first cut off the power and gas sources, and keep the gas bag at normal pressure.

2. When performing internal maintenance and repair on the dust collector in the foundry, the dust inside should be cleaned thoroughly and left to settle before repeated cleaning to ensure that there is no dust inside.

1. Control system: differential pressure gauge, thermometer, level gauge, main control cabinet, on-site control cabinet.

2. The support legs and bottom plate of the dust collector are made of steel.

3. Dust collector ash conveying equipment.

4. Main body and filtration system: main body, filter bag, cage frame, offline valve, manual switching valve.

5. Dust cleaning system: electromagnetic pulse valve, pulse controller, injection system.

6. Ash unloading system: air cannon for clearing blockages, ash unloading valve, plug valve, ash hopper heating system.

Maintenance and upkeep of dust collectors in foundries:

1) Establish a regular maintenance system to detect problems in a timely manner and avoid major accidents.

2) Flammable and explosive materials are prohibited from being stacked around the bag filter, and good ventilation is required.

3) The staff should regularly check the sealing status of the bag filter and the operation status of the air mesh (including the fan).

4) Regularly inspect the dust removal bag and replace it if it is damaged. The storage of spare dust removal bags should also be dry, ventilated, and dust-proof, and regular inspections should be carried out.

5) Regularly clean impurities and accumulated water from the source processor.

6) Regularly refuel the transmission device, pay attention to dust prevention after refueling, and install sealing gaskets when closing the inspection port.

7) Keep the pulse controller and solenoid valve clean, free of dust and oil stains, and regularly check the control coil on the solenoid valve.

8) The dust layer on the surface of equipment and air ducts should be cleaned up immediately.
