Maintenance and upkeep standards for dust collectors:
1、 After three months of operation, the dust collector should undergo maintenance, which includes the following contents and requirements:
1. Check the condition of external pillars, handholes, protective plates, etc.
2. Dust accumulation in the flue and dust collector.
3. Check and adjust the baffle or cloth bag.
4. Check the tightness of the dust collector.
5. Check the mechanical ash removal device, refueling, and minor defects.
6. Check the water supply system.
2、 After one year of operation, the dust collector should undergo a second level maintenance, which includes the following contents and requirements:
1. Repair defects in brackets, handholes, and casings.
2. Leakage phenomenon of dust collector.
3. Repair or replace damaged blades, liners, flues, and regulating baffles.
4. Repair or replace the cloth bag.
5. Repair the mechanical ash removal device and replace damaged components.
6. Repair the water supply system and piping.
7. Clean up the dust accumulation in the flue and dust collector, and repair any smoke or gas leakage defects.
8. Repaint.
9. Inspect chimneys, cables, lightning protection devices, and escalators.
