One Immerse the processed dust removal skeleton into the oil removal tank for 20 minutes to remove oil stains from the surface of the dust removal skeleton.
II Remove the skeleton from the degreasing tank and immerse it in the cleaning tank for cleaning, with the aim of removing the degreasing agent from the skeleton.
III Take out the bag cage from the cleaning tank and place it in the rust removal tank for rust removal treatment, with the aim of removing the metal oxide layer on the skeleton and enhancing the adsorption force.
4 Remove the skeleton from the rust removal tank and place it in the phosphating tank for phosphating treatment, with the aim of enhancing the adhesion of the skeleton surface.
Five Place the processed skeleton in the oven at a temperature of 100 ℃ and dry for 20-30 minutes to remove moisture from the skeleton and maintain its dryness.
VI Remove the skeleton and evenly spray the prepared silicon onto the surface of the skeleton. The coating thickness is between 60 μ m and 100 μ m.
7 Place the sprayed skeleton in the oven at a temperature of 220 ℃ and bake for 120 minutes. Afterwards, maintain 200 ℃ and perform 30 minutes of heat setting. Cool the dust removal skeleton naturally, which completes the silicon spraying process of the skeleton. The thickness with strong adhesion of silicon is between 60-70 μ m.
