The dust removal process of the filter cartridge dust collector: 1. Capture and separation process 1. Capture and displacement stage. The essence is the concentration stage of dust. The dust uniformly mixed or suspended in the carrier medium enters the dust removal space of the dust collector. Due to the external force, the dust is pushed to the separation interface, and as it moves towards the separation interface, the concentration increases, preparing for further solid gas separation. 2. Separation stage. After the dust flow flows towards the separation interface, there are two mechanisms of action: firstly, the ability of the carrier medium to carry dust gradually reaches a state where settling is the main trend in dust suspension and settling, and through dust settling, it is separated from the carrier medium; Secondly, in the dust flow, the diffusion and agglomeration trend of dust particles is mainly characterized by agglomeration. Particles can agglomerate with each other or agglomerate and adsorb at substantial interfaces. 2、 After passing through the separation interface, the separated dust is discharged through the dust outlet during the dust removal process. 3、 The process of exhaust in which the relatively purified airflow after dust removal is discharged from the exhaust port. Maintenance and upkeep of filter cartridge dust collector: During daily operation, filter cartridge dust collector may experience some malfunctions, which requires daily maintenance and repair of the filter cartridge dust collector: 1. The dust collector should be operated and repaired by a dedicated person, who should understand the performance and structure of the dust collector, promptly handle problems, and ensure the normal operation of the system. 2. Regularly inject oil into the transmission parts. 3. If smoke is found at the ash discharge outlet, it indicates that the filter cartridge is leaking and should be repaired and replaced in a timely manner. 4. The resistance of the dust collector is generally 1400 · 1600pa, and the cleaning cycle can be adjusted appropriately according to the resistance situation. 5. The filter of the compressed air system and the drain valve at the low point of the air bag should be drained regularly (once a month). 6. The control valve should be inspected by a dedicated person, and the solenoid valve and pulse valve should be checked regularly (once a month). The detection of solenoid valves is judged by whether the cylinder action is normal, while the detection of pulse valves is judged by the numerical changes on the pressure gauge on the airbag. 7. Impurities in the gas main pipe for pulse valves need to be discharged regularly (once a month).
