So what are the problems encountered when using dust removal bags, and how can we avoid them? 1、 Installation method of dust removal bag: The installation method, shape, and internal structure of the dust removal bag are factors that may cause damage to the bag during installation, and should be installed by personnel. 2、 Cannot be mixed: Dust removal bags with different service lives should not be installed and cleaned at the same time to avoid affecting the normal operation of the equipment. 3、 Dust blockage: During the process of filtering dust with a dust removal bag, fine dust particles will adhere to the surface layer. Over time, a thick layer of dust will form, and in severe cases, the bag will be blocked. This is a common situation in the dust removal process. After the cloth bag is blocked, it is easy to cause problems such as wear, damage, and detachment. Measures to be taken include: strengthening the dust cleaning work of the cloth bag in a timely manner, and dredging the surface pores of the dust removal cloth bag; Replace the cloth bag with a new one; Change installation and operating conditions. 4、 Clean the dust removal bag: The replaced bag should be promptly cleaned of dust and checked for surface damage. If the bag is covered by dust, rinse it with clean water and let it dry before putting it back into use. Since these problems are commonly encountered by users in the dust removal work of the dust collector, we need to avoid them in a targeted manner and make the dust bag play a significant role. The installation process of dust removal cloth bag: Take the qualified dust removal cloth bag, first install the pull and hanging parts, put it in from the top of the dust removal equipment, align the bag mouth with the hanging rack of the dust removal equipment, and align the bag bottom with the bolt hole on the pull rack. First align the bag opening with the center position of the upper and lower parts, then hang it up and install the tension bolts of the frame; Hang the bag opening on both sides and the bottom edge. The bag opening should be evenly distributed on the hanging nails, and the reinforcement rod should be tightly attached to the outside of the hanging nails. Tighten the bolt to match the hanging bag, and then tighten it at the bottom of the bag. After tightening, the dust removal bag should be wrinkle free, straight on both sides, and have good verticality. The bags should be placed at intervals, that is, in the order of the filter bags on the hanger, the odd number should be placed first, so that the entire bag mouth can be placed on top or bottom, to avoid the bag mouth being pressed on one side and the other side being on top of the adjacent dust bag when placing the bags in order, which may cause tilting. After the entire box of dust removal bags is loaded, paint should be applied to the bag mouth of the filter bag adjacent to the grid shaped frame at the clean end to prevent the free end of the filter cloth warp yarn from sliding and loosening when the dust removal bag is tightened. At the front end of the bottom of the filter bag, close to the frame, it is sometimes necessary to apply paint or other non corrosive coatings to resist the high concentration, density, and strong abrasion of the filter bag caused by dusty intake. The paint should be soaked in the filter material, and attention should be paid to selecting the paint according to the usage temperature. Do not brush it onto the filter surface. After the paint dries, adjust and tighten the filter bags. The tension of each filter bag is about 4000N, and the filter bags made of thick cloth stretch more after being pulled. After the dust removal bag is installed in the dust removal equipment, the sealing condition of the bag mouth flange should be checked and adjusted to the appropriate level, so that all filter surfaces are evenly tightened without wrinkles, kept vertical and parallel to each other, and allowed to swell or even approach each other.
