Dust removal bags made of polyester, polypropylene, and vinylon have been identified by relevant health departments and are used in industries such as food and pharmaceuticals for their impact on human health.

Precautions for processing dust collector bags: lifespan of filter material. The lifespan of filter material refers to the time it is damaged under normal use. The lifespan of filter media depends on two factors: the quality of the filter media itself and the prerequisite for use. The filtration efficiency of filter media is related to both the structure of the filter media and the dust layer formed on it. From the perspective of filter media structure, the filtration effect of short fibers is higher than that of long fibers. Felt filter media is higher than fabric filter media. From the formation of the dust layer, for thin filter media, after cleaning, the dust layer is destroyed and the efficiency is greatly reduced, while for thick filter media, a portion of the dust can still be retained in the filter media after cleaning, avoiding excessive cleaning. Generally speaking, high efficiency can be achieved without breaking the filter material. So, as long as the design parameters are selected properly, the dust removal effect of the bag filter should be impeccable. Breathability and resistance. Breathability refers to the amount of gas passing through a unit area of filter material under differential pressure. The resistance of filter media is directly related to its air permeability. As a constant pressure difference for calibrating air permeability, the values vary in different countries. The air permeability depends on factors such as fiber fineness, fiber type, and textile method. The air permeability generally refers to the air permeability of the cleaning filter material. When dust accumulates on the dust removal bag, the air permeability should decrease. Dust holding capacity, also known as dust load, refers to the amount of dust accumulated on a unit area of filter material when a given resistance value is reached. The dust holding capacity of the dust removal bag affects the resistance of the filter material and the cleaning cycle. In order to avoid frequent dust cleaning and extend the life of the filter bag, it is generally required that the filter material has a larger dust holding capacity. The dust holding capacity is related to the porosity and air permeability of the filter material, and felt filter material has a larger dust holding capacity than fabric filter material. 1. Dust removal bags made of polyester, polypropylene, and vinylon have been identified by relevant health departments and are used in industries such as food and pharmaceuticals for their impact on human health. 2. When cutting dust removal bags, it is best to use an electric soldering iron to iron them, which can prevent the warp and weft lines from becoming loose. Use thread with the same performance for sewing. 3. Before using dust removal bags in the food and pharmaceutical industries, rinse them with warm water to prevent dirt from entering the fabric surface. (Rinse) washing (concentration depends on the situation) can make the fabric soft, restore the hydrophobicity and breathability of the filter cloth, and improve the utilization rate of the filter cloth. 4. Products that can produce specifications. If the width of the fabric can be increased or decreased, and the diameter of the bag can be freely selected, please notify us in the first half to one month so that the product can be planned for production. 5. After using the dust removal bag, if the cloth holes are blocked by debris and the cloth body becomes hard, affecting the filtration speed, acetone, oxalic acid, toluene, caustic soda, alcohol and other solutions can be selected according to various fiber properties and soaked. The dust cleaning process of the dust collector bag: The dust collector bag, also known as the filter bag, is an important component of the bag filter. The quality of the filter bag and the filter material directly affect the dust removal effect of the dust collector. At the same time, the cleaning of the filter bag should also be well coordinated with the filtration speed to retain a stable residual ash layer. The key to reducing malfunctions is to adjust the automatic dust cleaning control box to determine the cleaning cycle and vibration duration, and to coordinate with the dust collector's compartment and usage situation. This is the basis for the dust collector to operate well and remove dust. For a single chamber dust collector, we can select an appropriate filtration speed based on the nature and concentration of the dust and the duration of continuous use required by industrial production, and implement air shutdown for dust cleaning. For multi chamber, continuous use dust collectors, the relationship between cleaning cycle, resistance, and time should also be considered. When the cleaning cycle is reached, the air outlet valve of the room is closed, that is, the airflow is cut off. At this time, the resistance of the indoor filter bag drops to zero, and the cleaning equipment starts to vibrate. After the cleaning time has passed, the outlet valve opens and works normally. Due to the fact that the valve cannot be fully closed or fully opened immediately, the resistance of the filter bag varies in a curve. During long-term operation, the average resistance at the beginning and end is the same, which is a satisfactory cleaning operation for the dust collector. To achieve the best cleaning effect of the dust collector, we should consider the reasonable thickness of the attached ash layer on the filter bag and the short cleaning time to achieve cleaning. But when taking turns stopping one chamber for dust cleaning, the total resistance is higher because the filtration speed of each chamber has increased. After cleaning, the total resistance of the dust collector decreases slightly for a short period of time, and then rises to the normal resistance level according to the exponential curve. Maintaining the stability of the filter bag resistance in each chamber is necessary to stabilize the total resistance curve. For continuous operation of bag filters, in addition to strong vibration or reverse airflow cleaning methods, there must also be separate chamber air shut-off facilities that are indispensable for both. When the wind is stopped, the dust coming down from the filter bag will settle on the surface of the filter bag according to the law of gravity, and it will take time for it to fall into the ash hopper and stall before the entire cleaning process is considered complete. Due to differences in the size, shape, specific gravity, moisture content, dispersion, and airflow stability of dust agglomerates, the natural settling speed of falling dust in dust collectors also varies. Natural settling is crucial for the dust collection process of a dust collector, as it is a step in the dust collection process of any dry dust collector. Generally, it takes about 4 minutes to stop the air for dust cleaning, and more than 4 minutes when there are multiple layers of filter bags, in order to meet the requirement of natural settling of uncondensed fine dust. If the room does not settle during dust cleaning, fine dust will be adsorbed onto the filter bag again when it is reused, and the more fine dust there is at the lower part of the filter bag, the more it will be. So inside the structural space of the bag filter, before the dust containing gas passes through the filter, the natural settling effect of large particle dust is fully utilized, and it settles into the ash hopper without waiting for the filter bag to filter, reducing the burden on the filter cloth. A well-designed dust removal process can smoothly remove the attached dust layer on the filter bag in a static airflow space, effectively organize natural gravity settling, and create favorable conditions for the natural collapse of dust during use, allowing all fallen dust to settle into the ash hopper.
