Treatment measures for tower blockage of desulfurization, denitrification and dust collector: When sulfur tower blockage occurs in the desulfurization, denitrification and dust collector, if the suspended sulfur is too high, process analysis should be carried out immediately to identify the cause of the high suspended sulfur and partially filter the desulfurization to reverse the passive situation. At the same time, reducing production load, increasing the circulation of desulfurization solution, and increasing the amount of "titanium cyanide cobalt" can play a role in washing the tower, and the amount can be increased after the system is restored. The tower blockage caused by rich salt can be treated according to the different solubility of rich salt. Temporary measures can be taken to heat the temperature of the desulfurization solution to around 46 ℃, usually for about 3 hours. The rich salt on the packing inside the tower will dissolve and be carried out due to the increase in temperature. After leaving the tower, a part of the desulfurization solution can be cooled. When cooled to around 10-15 ℃, a large amount of rich salt will precipitate, and then the desulfurization solution can be sent back to the system, which will reduce the rich salt content in the desulfurization solution and return the system to normal operation.
