2. After installation, it is time to put the bag into operation. When running the bag, attention should be paid to regularly observing the operation status of the bag, regularly cleaning the dust, and maintaining the dust removal bag.
3. When dealing with high-temperature flue gas, try to use dust removal bags as much as possible. Dust removal bags can effectively prevent the phenomenon of not being burned and also prolong the service life of the bags.
4. Prevent the aging of filter bags. The problem of filter bag aging is generally caused by long service life or external environment, such as abnormal high temperature of dust removal equipment causing bag shrinkage and deformation, hardening, contact with corrosive gases such as strong acids and alkalis, and possible chemical reactions with surrounding substances. 2. Close the pulse valve and lift valve in the chamber where the damaged bag is located, open the inspection door, and determine the number and location of the damaged filter bags;
3. Manually close the lift valves of each room one by one and observe the chimney of the dust collector. If the lift valve of any room is closed and the dust emission from the chimney is significantly reduced, it indicates that the room is damaged;
4. Remove the torn bag and directly tie the opening of the bag to death
