Check the water source: the water supply source shall be kept clean. If the water source is dirty, the drain valve of the water quality filter shall be frequently opened to discharge the dirt, so as to prevent water supply spray when the filter is blocked.
The water quality filter and spray head shall be disassembled and inspected every 3-6 months, and the "vibrating wire filter plate" shall be taken out for inspection. In case of any damage, spare parts shall be replaced to prevent affecting the dust removal efficiency of the dust removal fan.
When installing the suction air duct, keep the duct mouth about 1 meter in front of the sprayer. Keep the air duct mouth free of other debris to prevent it from affecting the efficiency of the fan and causing damage to the fan due to the inhalation of debris.
8. No one is allowed to stop the dust removal fan at will while it is working, and the normal operation of the dust removal fan should be maintained.
9. The dust removal fan adheres to the daily maintenance system and operates normally. When repairing the dust removal fan underground, there are dedicated maintenance personnel for maintenance. During maintenance, a dedicated person shall cut off the power and use the locking device properly. At the same time, a dedicated person shall stand guard at the power switch. Without the personal command of the maintenance personnel, it is not allowed to leave the guard position without authorization.
