Tube type wet electrostatic precipitator; Scope of application:
1. Industrial and heating coal-fired boilers, heavy oil fired boilers.
2. Building materials: dry and wet cement rotary kilns, mechanized shaft kilns, raw and clinker mills, raw material dryers, and cement packaging machines.
3. Nonferrous smelting: sintering of copper, lead, zinc, copper melting furnace, electric arc furnace, reflector furnace, etc.
4. Metallurgy: Iron ore sintering machines (head and tail), blast furnaces, open hearth furnaces, coke ovens, converters, electric arc furnaces, and refractory materials industries.
The tube wet electrostatic precipitator WESP has the advantages of dust removal, low pressure loss, simple operation, low energy consumption, no moving parts, no secondary dust, low maintenance costs, short production downtime, can work below the dew point temperature of flue gas, can be combined with other flue gas treatment equipment due to its compact structure, and diverse design forms.
The tubular wet electrostatic precipitator uses liquid flushing to clean the surface of the dust collection electrode, which can collect fine particles (PM2.5 dust, SO3 acid mist, aerosols), heavy metals (Hg, As, Se, Pb, Cr), pollutants (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, dioxins), etc. After using a wet electrostatic precipitator, the emission of smoke and dust in wet flue gas can reach 10mg/m3 or even 5mg/m3 or less. The dust collection performance is independent of the dust characteristics and is suitable for the treatment of wet flue gas, especially for the treatment of dusty flue gas after wet desulfurization in power plants and steel plants. However, the equipment investment cost is relatively high and needs to be used in conjunction with other dust removal equipment. Its investment, technical, economic and operating costs need to be evaluated as a whole.
