The lime milk flows out from the lower discharge outlet in the direction of the feeding port through the sieve hole. The undigested over burned and quickburned lime is discharged from the outer cylinder through the slag removal device at the tail of the outer cylinder. The structure and device of the ash machine are reasonable, easy to operate, and have high production capacity and low labor intensity. It is suitable for any quality of lime.

At this time, a large amount of steam with dust is generated by using a fan to generate negative pressure in the water tank, and then the steam containing dust from outside is sucked into the water tank through the induced draft pipe, so that the steam containing dust is mixed with water in the dust removal water box through the dust removal sieve tube. In this way, dust settles when it meets water, while steam becomes water when it meets water. The generated sediment is mixed with external water in the water tank and then pumped away by a water pump before being added to the quicklime digester. This achieves the process of dust removal and wastewater recycling after dust removal. This solves the problems of low utilization rate of wet dust removal and secondary water pollution. The steam containing dust enters the water tank through multiple dust removal screens, each with multiple small holes drilled on it, so that the steam actually enters the water through the small holes. In this way, the water splashes generated by blowing water through each small hole will not carry away any dust, thus achieving the dust removal effect.
