The dust removal principle of woodworking bag filter:

The airflow containing wood chips is transported by a fan to the guide bin of the bag filter. The airflow velocity decreases under the action of the guide plate, and heavier wood chips fall into the ash bin under the action of gravity. Other lighter and finer dust particles are adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter bag along with the airflow. After being filtered by the bag, the clean gas enters the exhaust chamber and is discharged outside. As the filtration process continues, more and more dust will accumulate on the outer surface of the filter bag, which will increase the operating resistance of the system and reduce its dust removal efficiency. Therefore, this system is equipped with an automatic pulse dust cleaning device, which consists of a pulse controller, pulse valve, speed coupling, steam drum, and jet pipe. According to the characteristics of wood chips, the pulse amplitude and frequency can be set on the pulse controller. After setting the pulse amplitude and frequency, the system will automatically clean the filter bag during operation, thereby increasing the filtering efficiency and extending the service life of the filter bag.

The woodworking dust collector cannot do without three devices: pipeline system, fan system, and filtration system. In these three systems, the structure and function of different configurations are different, but the basic principle is the same, just like a person wearing a mask. The pipeline connects the woodworking machinery and the filtration system, and the fan works to create negative pressure suction in the pipeline. The main ones are the configuration of the fan and the performance of the filter bag.
