By using a high ozone UV beam to irradiate the molecular structure of industrial waste gases such as benzene, toluene, xylene, amine, methylthiohydride, methyl mercaptan, methyl sulfide, butyl acetate, ethyl acetate, dimethyl disulfide, and styrene, inorganic high molecular weight odorous compounds can be degraded and transformed into low molecular weight compounds such as CO2 and H2O under UV beam irradiation.

Using high ozone UV beams to decompose oxygen molecules in the air to produce free oxygen, also known as reactive oxygen species. Due to the imbalance of positive and negative electrons carried by free oxygen, it needs to combine with oxygen molecules to produce ozone. UV+O2 → O -+O * (reactive oxygen species) O+O2 → O3 (ozone), it is well known that ozone has an oxidizing effect on substances and has an effect on industrial waste gas and other irritating odors.

After industrial waste gas is input into the purification equipment through exhaust equipment, the purification equipment uses UV ultraviolet beams and ozone to synergistically decompose and oxidize the industrial waste gas, degrading and converting it into low molecular weight compounds, water, and carbon dioxide, which are then discharged outdoors through exhaust pipes.

Using UV beams to break down molecular bonds in industrial waste gas, nucleic acids (DNA) are destroyed, and then oxidized by ozone to achieve purification and killing purposes.

Technical characteristics of UV photocatalytic oxygen purifier:

(1) No toxic side effects. Traditional processing devices can persist in environments with people and have adverse effects on the human body. It can intercept and kill various types of airborne bacteria in a broad-spectrum manner. Tests have shown that it can kill over of Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, black mutant spores, and natural bacteria, remove inhalable particles, and achieve a cleanliness level of 10000 to 100000.

(2) Capable and odorous gases, primary electrons are accelerated in an electric field and collide with oxygen molecules in the air. When the energy exceeds the ionization potential of oxygen molecules, oxygen molecules ionize. The oxygen molecules that lose electrons become positive polarity oxygen ions (O2+), while the released electrons combine with another neutral oxygen molecule to form negative polarity oxygen ions (O2-). The result is the two-stage differentiation of oxygen ions and the adsorption of neutral oxygen molecules to form ion groups such as O2+, O2-, O2, etc., which have oxidizing properties and can quickly oxidize and decompose components in polluted air into products and water; O2+e(3.6eV)→·O+OH2O+e(5.09eV)→·OH+HO+·OH→·OH2

(3) Research has shown that the oxidation potential of reactive free radicals · OH (2.8eV) is 35% higher than that of oxidizing ozone (2.07eV)· The reaction rate between OH radicals and substances is several orders of magnitude higher. Moreover, the reaction of · OH radicals to oxidize pollutants is non selective and can trigger a chain reaction, directly oxidizing most of the substances in polluted air into carbon dioxide, water, or minerals.

UV photolysis and plasma decomposition synergistically produce a series of photolysis and decomposition reactions with such high efficiency, and after a composite multi-stage purification process, meet emission standards! It can purify and treat various exhaust gases, as well as cleanly remove various unpleasant odors.
