1. An additional deceleration device has been added to make the vibration frequency more reasonable, resulting in better dust cleaning effect and extending the lifespan of the filter bag.
2. The filtration system adopts inner filter sleeve bags, which increase the filtration area while keeping the volume of the box unchanged, and the filter bags will not entangle with each other.
3. In the vibration transmission system, universal ball bearings are used, which generally do not cause suffocation during shaking.
4. In the control system, a shutdown shaking ash cleaning program is set up, which instantly stops the machine, achieving the cleaning effect without affecting the continuous operation of the system.
