Performance characteristics of XNT wet desulfurization and dust collector
Simple structure, reasonable layout, easy operation, and small footprint
The interior adopts acid resistant adhesive lining technology, with strong chemical stability, good thermal stability, and long service life.
There is a dehydration device inside the dust collector, which separates the air and water completely, and the fan does not carry water. Synchronous dust removal and desulfurization, no scaling or blockage issues, recycling of washing water, and low operating costs.
Technical specifications of XNT wet desulfurization and dust collector

Advantages of XNT wet desulfurization and dust collector
1. High temperature gases can be economically cooled with water and then washed.
2. Wet dust collectors are generally cheaper in initial investment compared to corresponding bag filters or electrostatic precipitators.
3. It can capture gaseous and particulate pollutants through the same device and reduce odors. Adding alkaline solution to the circulating water has desulfurization effect.
4. Capable of capturing and neutralizing many flammable and explosive materials.
5. Can handle many viscous or hygroscopic substances.
6. Wet capture systems are generally more compact in structure and occupy less space than dry capture systems.
Disadvantages of XNT wet desulfurization and dust collector
1. The cost of treating waste liquid and residue before discharge may be relatively high.
2. Energy consumption may be higher than other types of devices.
3. Detailed design data (such as aerodynamic particle size distribution) is required to design the system.
4. Possible corrosion issues that are not present in dry capture concentration may occur.
5. Equipment anti freezing measures may be required in cold weather.
6. The water content in the discharged exhaust gas will reach saturation, often causing visible water mist to condense at the discharge outlet and/or condensation of water in the chimney.
