Flue gas desulfurization and denitrification equipment, desulfurization is to remove SO2 (sulfur dioxide) from flue gas, and denitrification is mainly to remove NOx (nitrogen oxides) from flue gas. These two substances enter the atmosphere and form acid rain, which poses a great threat to human health. Therefore, environmental protection has always been advocated. Coal fueled flue gas contains these substances, especially in thermal power plants, where desulfurization and denitrification are not yet mandatory.
The pressure loss of desulfurization, denitrification and dust collector refers to the pressure drop or resistance of gas from the dust collector to the outlet. The pressure loss of desulfurization, denitrification and dust collector depends on the following three factors:
1. The pressure loss of the dust layer accumulated on the filter material.
2. Pressure loss of desulfurization, denitrification and dust collector structure.
3. Pressure loss of filter material. It is related to the properties of the filter material.
