DDF Large Bag Blowback Bag Dust Collector

product description:DDF large-scale bag back blowing dust collectors are widely used in enterprises such as steel mills, smelters, cement plants, carbon black plants, and power plants for purifying and recovering smoke and dust generated from smelting, crushing, screening, and combustion.

DDF Large Bag Blowback Dust Collector Detailed Introduction:

DDF Large Bag Blowback Dust Collector; Widely used in enterprises such as steel mills, smelters, cement plants, carbon black plants, and power plants for purifying and recovering smoke and dust generated from smelting, crushing, screening, and combustion. It is a device that protects the physical and mental health of operators and people, reduces the cost of crop growth, mechanical equipment wear and tear, social environmental pollution, and the recycling and utilization of useful dust; The inlet temperature of 729 and 734 polyester fabrics has a temperature resistance of less than 1500 ℃; Glass fiber cloth treated for three generations has a temperature resistance of less than 3000 ℃.

Working principle of DDF large bag back blowing dust collector:

The DDF large-scale bag back blowing dust collector is divided into positive pressure (also known as pressure in type) and negative pressure (also known as suction type), and this manual introduces the negative pressure type.

Under negative pressure, dusty gas enters the ash hopper through various inlet ducts. A baffle is installed at the inlet, allowing coarse dust to fall into the hopper by gravity. Fine dust particles are filtered by the dust removal filter bag and adsorbed on the inner wall of the filter bag. The purified gas is then drawn into the fan through the top switching valve of the equipment and discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust pipe.

Structural characteristics of DDF large bag back blowing dust collector:

1. When the dust attached to the filter bag continues to increase and the resistance rises to the specified value, the cleaning process begins.

2. The cleaning method of the DDF large bag type back blowing dust collector relies on the single chamber back blowing method. During the back blowing process, a reversing valve is used to close the exhaust pipe, open the back blowing pipe, and cut off the exhaust of the single chamber.

3. Because the inlet ducts of each room of the equipment are connected and in a negative pressure state, the negative pressure suction effect of adjacent rooms causes the airflow to be sucked into the filter bag chamber through the anti blowing duct. Through the filter bag, the airflow enters the inner side from the outside of the filter bag, passes through the ash hopper and the inlet duct of the room, and is sucked into the adjacent room for discharge. At this time, the filter bag is sucked in and deflated.

4. The accumulated dust inside the filter bag is shaken off and settled in the settling ash hopper, completing the cleaning of a single chamber. The other chambers are cleaned in the same sequence under the control of the cleaning actuator, and the cleaning stops when the value is reached.
