1、 Equipment Overview:

CNMC type countercurrent pulse back blowing bag filter; It is a new type of pulse bag filter introduced and improved through digestion. It has the advantages of large air volume, purification, small footprint, low filter bag wear, long service life, simple filter bag replacement, convenient maintenance, easy operation, and dust cleaning. It is widely used in various industries and mines for the purification and recycling of dust containing gases at room temperature and high temperature. In recent years, it has been widely promoted and applied in various provinces and cities in China as a substitute.

2、 Working principle:

CNMC type countercurrent pulse back blowing bag filter, when the dust containing gas enters the filter bag from the inlet, it is filtered on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas flows from the inside of the filter bag to the upper chambers, and is discharged from the outlet through a long Venturi tube. When the dust adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter bag reaches a certain value, it is controlled by the programmable control system to be sprayed at a scheduled time. That is, high-pressure air is sprayed towards the long Wens tube while the purified gas is blown back into the filter bag, forming a large pressure difference to remove the dust and achieve the purpose of cleaning. The resistance of the entire system is kept stable, and the dust blown back falls to the bottom of the lower box and is discharged and recovered by the screw conveyor.

3、 Equipment features:

2. This process adopts chamber exhaust and pulse back blowing for dust cleaning, which is currently one of the best methods in China.

3. In terms of structure, the small Venturi tube at the top of the spray pipe and filter bag has been removed. The upper box is divided into eighteen small chambers that are not connected to each other and are connected to a long Venturi tube. The purpose of dust cleaning is achieved by using programmable pulses. The blowing airflow is smooth, the physical characteristics are reasonable, the structure is simple, and the operation and maintenance are convenient.

4. There are no rotating parts inside the filter chamber, which improves performance and reduces maintenance difficulty.

5. It is not necessary to enter the filter chamber for the operation of opening and removing the cover, checking and disassembling the filter bag.

6. Separate the flower board edge of the upper middle box and press it into a conical hole to form a smooth contact surface with the filter bag, with good sealing performance, reducing wear between the hole edge and the filter bag, and extending the service life of the filter bag.

7. Adopting external filter dust removal, it is convenient to clean the dust.

8. The filter bag adopts Metas high-temperature needle punched felt, which has stable performance.

9. Adopting keel without deformation.

12. The pressure of compressed air used for dust cleaning is low and the air consumption is small. Use an independent gas source to supply gas.

4、 Structural principle:

The main structure of CNMC type counter current blowback pulse bag filter consists of the following four parts:

The upper box is composed of a liftable bag changing door cover, guardrail, flower board, filter bag, long Wen tube, inlet and outlet air channels, and two side air vents.

The lower box is composed of an ash hopper, inspection door, deceleration device, and ash conveying and discharging device.

The spraying system consists of an electromagnetic pulse valve, an air bag, and a protective device.

The control system consists of a pulse controller and an electrical control cabinet.
