1. The emission concentration can easily be achieved below 50mg/Nm3 and is stable for a long time.

2. The operating resistance is 500Pa lower than that of a pure bag filter, which can reduce the power consumption of the induced draft fan. The operating resistance is 500Pa lower than that of a pure bag filter, and the power of the induced draft fan can be reduced by 1.74KW per 10000m3/h. 

3. Long cleaning cycle and low energy consumption of gas source: Due to the small amount of dust collected by the filter bag, the resistance rises slowly, and the cleaning cycle time is more than twice that of a pure bag filter. The compressed air consumption is less than one-third of that of a pure bag filter.

4. Extend the service life of filter bags

(1) The low operating resistance and small load differential pressure of the filter bag extend the service life of the filter bag.

(2) The long cleaning cycle and fewer cleaning times have extended the service life of the filter bag.

(3) Under the same operating conditions, the service life of electric bags is extended by 2-3 years compared to pure bag dust collectors.
