The electric cloth combined dust collector is a device that sets one or two dust collection electric fields at the front of the dust collector, taking advantage of the fact that the electric dust collector collects 80-90% of the dust in the two electric fields, collecting most of the dust in the smoke and dust. A filter bag is installed at the back of the dust collector to allow smoke with low dust concentration to pass through the filter bag. This can reduce the resistance of the filter bag, extend the spraying period, shorten the pulse width, reduce the spraying pressure, and thus extend the life of the filter bag.

Advantages of the electric cloth combined dust collector solution:

1. The emission concentration can be maintained below 20mg/Nm3 for a long time and stably, meeting the requirements for use in areas with strict environmental quality standards.

2. Due to the fact that most of the dust in the flue gas is collected in the electric field, the total pressure of the dust collector can be maintained between 700-900 Pa. Make the operating cost of the dust collector much lower than that of the bag filter.

3. Due to the low blowing pressure of the filter bag and the long cleaning cycle, the filter bag manufacturer believes that the lifespan of the filter bag can be greater than 4 years (or 5 years), which can reduce maintenance costs.

4. The electric cloth combined dust collector is particularly suitable for the renovation of existing electric dust collectors. When the required emission concentration is less than 30g/Nm3, its investment can be lower than using bag filters or electrostatic precipitators separately.
