3. Remove the cage bone from the rust removal tank and place it in the phosphating tank for phosphating treatment, with the aim of enhancing the adhesion of the bag cage surface.

4. Remove the bag cage from the cleaning tank and place it in the rust removal tank for rust removal treatment, with the aim of removing the metal oxide layer on the bag cage and enhancing its adsorption force.

Place the processed bag cage in the oven at a temperature of 2100 ℃ and dry it for 20-30 minutes to remove any moisture from the cage and keep it dry. Remove the cage and evenly spray the prepared silicon onto its surface. The coating thickness is between 60 μ m and 100 μ m. Place the sprayed bag cage in the oven at a temperature of $2220 ℃ and bake for 120 minutes. Afterwards, it was kept at 2200 ℃ for 30 minutes of heat setting, and the bag cage was naturally cooled to complete the bag cage silicon spraying process. The best choice when the temperature of the silicon dust removal skeleton is high.

The spring frame is a supporting product for external filter dust collectors, and it has the ability to expand and contract. The diameter of the bullet is generally less than 130 millimeters, and it is made by winding steel wire with a diameter of 5 millimeters. After stretching, it is usually 35 turns per meter, and the surface is treated with galvanizing. The spring skeleton design has a strong structure and a long service life.
