Working principle of filter cartridge dust collector
After the dusty gas enters the ash hopper of the dust collector, due to the sudden expansion of the airflow section, some coarse dust particles in the airflow settle down under the action of gravity and inertia; After entering the filtering chamber, dust particles with fine particle size and low density deposit on the surface of the filter material through a combination of Brownian diffusion and sieving effects. The purified gas passes through the filter cartridge and enters the clean air chamber of the upper box, where it is collected and discharged from the air outlet.
The resistance of the dust removal filter increases with the increase of the thickness of the dust layer on the surface of the filter material. When the resistance reaches a certain specified value, carry out dust cleaning. In order to ensure the normal operation of the system, the upper limit of the resistance of the dust collector should be maintained within the range of 1400-1600Pa. When this limit is exceeded, the PLC pulse automatic controller should issue commands through fixed resistance or timing to perform three state dust cleaning. The dust collected in the rear ash hopper is continuously discharged through the ash discharge valve.
Characteristics of filter cartridge dust collector
1. Adopting a vertical filter cartridge structure for easy dust adsorption and cleaning; And due to the small shaking of the filter material during dust cleaning, the maintenance cost is low.
2. Adopting the current offline three state (filtering, cleaning, and static) cleaning method, the "re adsorption" phenomenon during cleaning is avoided, enabling cleaning.
3. The design includes a pre dust collection mechanism, which not only overcomes the disadvantage of direct dust flushing and easy wear of the filter cartridge, but also increases the dust concentration at the inlet of the filter.
4. Wear resistant components are used for key components that affect the main performance, such as pulse valves, and the service life of their vulnerable parts, such as membranes, exceeds one million times.
5. By adopting the technique of separately spraying and cleaning dust, one pulse valve can simultaneously spray one column (with a maximum of 12 filter cartridges per column), which can reduce the number of pulse valves.
6. The pulse valve three state dust cleaning mechanism adopts PLC automatic control, and has two optional control modes: timed or manual.
7. Filter cartridges with different numbers of columns and rows can be combined according to the installation space requirements; The unit filtering area occupies a small three-dimensional space, which can save users a lot of space resources and indirectly reduce their one-time investment costs.
8. Long service life, the service life of the filter cartridge can reach 2 years, reducing the number of filter element changes in the dust collector (traditional bag filters are replaced on average every 6 months), simple maintenance, and reducing maintenance costs for users during use.
