The purified acid mist exhaust gas meets the emission requirements of the local emission standards in Guangdong Province and is lower than the emission standards.

The packing layer inside the spray tower serves as a mass transfer device for gas-liquid two-phase contact components. The bottom of the packing tower is equipped with packing support plates, and the packing is placed on the support plates in a disorderly manner. Install a packing pressure plate above the packing to prevent it from being blown by the rising airflow. The spray liquid from the spray tower is sprayed onto the packing material through the liquid distributor at the top of the tower and flows down along the surface of the packing material. Gas is fed from the bottom of the tower, distributed by a gas distribution device, and continuously flows in reverse flow with the liquid through the gaps of the packing layer. On the surface of the packing, the gas-liquid phase is in close contact for mass transfer. When the liquid flows downwards along the packing layer, wall flow phenomenon sometimes occurs, which causes uneven distribution of gas-liquid phases in the packing layer, resulting in a decrease in mass transfer efficiency. Therefore, the packing layer inside the spray tower is divided into two sections, with a redistribution device installed in the middle. After redistribution, it is sprayed onto the lower packing layer.
