Principle of Spray Tower Equipment

Its working principle is to separate pollutants from high-temperature gases, convert them into substances, and achieve the purpose of purifying gases. Belongs to the differential contact counter current type. After entering the cabinet spray tower from the lower part of the tower, the high-temperature gas enters the packing layer of the swirl plate. The packaging layer is from the top and spray liquid spray liquid in the front, and form a layer of liquid film packaging. When the gas flows through the gap of the filler, it will contact the filled liquid film and perform absorption or neutralization reaction. The filling layer can provide a sufficiently large surface area without causing excessive resistance to gas flow. After absorption or neutralization, the gas is collected by the demister and discharged outside the tower through the air outlet. Absorbents are the main medium for treating exhaust gases.

The liquid on the liquid film flows into the storage tank under the action of gravity, and is pumped out by the circulation pump for spraying and recovery.

Daily maintenance of tower spray tower

1. Timely clean the surface of the tower spray tower, water pump, fan, and pipeline to prevent the accumulation of debris;

If blockage is found in the filling ball and spray layer of the spray tower, it is recommended to first close the water ball valve of the spray layer and pressurize the water pressure of the circulating water pump to another spray layer. Rinse the nozzle and packing ball. After blockage, replace another spray layer for cleaning. If the blockage is severe enough that the self water pressure cannot flush, the blocked spiral nozzle can be replaced.

When the spray tower pump experiences idling or abnormal noise, it should be shut down for maintenance. The idling of the water pump is usually due to the low water level in the water tank, and it is necessary to open the inlet ball valve to supplement the circulating water. If there is any abnormality or looseness, the specific cause should be promptly identified and repaired. Can work normally after recovery;

4. Open the cover of the circulating water tank and inspect the multiple filter holes inside the tank. If a large amount of stains are found blocking the mesh, please remove and clean it with a brush, and then put it back into the spray tower. Excessive and severe blockages should be cleaned with warm water or chemical agents added;

5. The sediment at the bottom of the spray tower should be cleaned regularly. Timely discharge the sewage inside the spray tower, open the transparent manhole, and send personnel from the tower spray tower manufacturer to enter the tower, clean the sediment inside the tower with tools, and then rinse the bottom and walls of the tower with clean water. If there are serious stains inside the tower and circulating water tank, corresponding chemical reagents should be used for cleaning;

If the tower spray tower becomes loose or produces abnormal noise during operation, the cause should be promptly identified, and the manufacturer should promptly reinforce or replace the corresponding parts.
