Gas box pulse bag dust collector; The advantages of various types of dust collectors, such as back blowing in the collection chamber and pulse blowing, overcome the disadvantages of insufficient kinetic energy intensity and simultaneous filtration and dust cleaning during back blowing in the collection chamber, thus increasing the adaptability of bag filters and improving dust collection efficiency.
Dust removal process of pneumatic pulse bag filter:
The dusty gas enters the dust collector through the air inlet, and larger particles of dust directly fall into the ash hopper. The gas containing particulate dust passes through the filter bag, and the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag. The gas is purified and discharged into the atmosphere by the induced draft fan.
Dust cleaning process of pneumatic pulse bag filter:
As the filtration process continues, the amount of dust adhering to the outer surface of the filter bag increases, and the operating resistance of the dust collector increases. The conversion valve of a certain filtration unit closes, and the filtration unit stops working. Compressed air is blown back into the filtration unit to blow off the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag. Then, the conversion valve plate opens, and the filtration unit resumes operation, and the cleaning of dust shifts to the next filtration unit. The entire dust cleaning process is carried out alternately by each filtering unit.
Gas box pulse bag dust collector; It is a new type of pneumatic pulse bag filter. It combines the advantages of various bag filters for dust removal by chamber back blowing pulse blowing, overcomes the disadvantages of poor intensity of chamber back blowing dust removal and the need for simultaneous filtering of pulse blowing dust removal, and expands its application range.
The pneumatic pulse bag dust collector has the characteristics of overall cleaning of compartments, using a large-sized electromagnetic pulse valve cleaning form, which has the characteristics of good cleaning effect, long service life, etc.
The pneumatic pulse bag filter can simplify the dust control process and reduce equipment investment in dust treatment. The product has a compact structure and occupies a small area, which can reduce construction investment. It has significant environmental, social, and economic benefits, filling the domestic gap in gas shock pulse ash cleaning and reaching a domestic level.
The pneumatic pulse bag filter has four series and 33 specifications. The filtration area ranges from 93-4361m2, and the processing air volume ranges from 6900m3/h to 314000m3/h. It is widely used in the building materials, cement, metallurgy, machinery, chemical, and refractory materials industries; Specially suitable for dust collection systems (or dust removal systems) in cement plants, such as crushing, packaging, warehouse roofs, clinker coolers, and various grinding machines; It can also be applied to coal mill dust collection, but additional measures need to be taken and the structure of the dust collector needs to be changed accordingly. It can also be applied to dust collection of gases with extremely high dust concentration, such as grinding systems with o-sepa separators, whose gas dust content reaches 1000g/m3 (standard) or above, and can be exempted from using cyclone dust collectors for pre dust collection. For the severely cold regions in northern China, this dust collector can be applied after adding heating and insulation devices.
This is a bag filter with a segmented structure assembly, in which the electromagnetic pulse valve on the top of the chamber alternately cleans the filter bags of each chamber with a segmented air stop box pulse cleaning (also known as offline dust cleaning). It is different from the dust cleaning of a general jet pulse bag filter. Jet pulse dust cleaning only sprays and cleans each row of filter bags one by one in the same filtering chamber (known as online dust cleaning), while other rows of filter bags still filter, that is, cleaning and filtering are mixed in one room at the same time, and the cleaned dust flies twice. Some of it will be collected by adjacent dust removal filter bags, which is not conducive to the filtration of gases with high dust concentration. The PPC type chamber air box pulse is carried out when the valve in one chamber is closed to stop filtering, and the filter bag in the other chamber is replaced without stopping the machine.
This dust collector is divided into four series: A, B, C, and D according to the number of bags, and each series is further divided into multiple specifications according to the number of compartments.
The pneumatic pulse bag filter consists of the following parts.
(1) Shell part: including clean room (also known as gas purification box, gas box), filtration room, partition board, maintenance door and shell structure. The cleaning room is equipped with a lifting valve and a flower board, a short spray pipe, and a filter bag and its frame in the filtering room.
(2) Ash hopper and ash unloading mechanism: There are ash hoppers and screw conveyors, air conveying chutes, and rigid impeller feeders (i.e. discharge valves) set up according to different series and dust concentrations.
(3) Inlet and outlet air box body: including inlet and outlet air ducts and middle partition. The single row (or single row) structure is arranged on one side of the shell, and the double row (or double row) structure is arranged in the middle of the shell. The A series is relatively small without a box, and the inlet and outlet air ducts are connected to the ash hopper and the cleaning room respectively.
(4) Pulse dust cleaning device: including pulse valve, air bag, lifting valve cylinder and its solenoid valve, etc.
(5) Compressed air pipeline and its pressure reducing device, oil-water separator, oil mist device, etc.
(6) Pillars, vertical cage ladders, and railings.
