1. Develop a maintenance and management duty system, and the duty personnel should record the operation status. Regularly check whether the electronic dust cleaning device (including programmable controller, solenoid valve, pulse valve, lift valve, etc.) is operating normally, and adjust the dust cleaning time to improve the dust cleaning efficiency.

2. Regularly check whether the compressed air system is operating normally, whether the air source pressure meets the requirements, and whether it is stable. The water filter should be drained regularly, and the oil mist filter should be refilled regularly.

3. Regularly check the operation of the cylinder and the sealing of the lift valve. If any air leakage or damaged valve seat gasket is found, it should be repaired and replaced in a timely manner.

4. Monitor the concentration of emitted smoke and dust at any time. If dust is found, check the damage of the filter bag and the sealing of the filter chamber in a timely manner, block the air leakage pores, and replace or replenish the bag.

5. The rigid impeller feeding machine (ash discharge valve), screw conveyor and other ash discharge devices should operate simultaneously with the dust collector. After the dust collector is stopped, the accumulated ash in the ash hopper should be emptied to prevent dust from drying up when not in use.

6. Before shutting down the dust collector, the filter bag should be manually cleaned once to avoid excessive dust accumulation on the bag, which may make it difficult to clean when reusing.
