Use of BDSZ type single axis dust humidifier:

1. Before starting, carefully check whether all parts are tightened, whether the fasteners are tightened, and whether the sealing parts are tight.

2. Inject No. 30 or No. 40 mechanical oil into the reducer, and users can also choose suitable lubricating oil according to local conditions before putting it into normal operation.

3. The machine should be started and operated normally before feeding, water supply, and shutdown. The feeding should be stopped first, and the machine should be stopped after the materials are unloaded in standby mode.

4. If the motor load suddenly increases or decreases during operation and there are abnormal phenomena in the mechanical system, immediately stop the machine for inspection and troubleshooting. Continue production after troubleshooting.
